Utilizing one of our double station Open Web Joist (OWJ) manufacturing tables, we can produce OWJ up to 60’ long and custom to our clients specific project.

What expedites on-site construction?

Full length from side to side minimizes on site framing.
Pre-cut lengths can be used with panelized projects as the lengths are predetermined by the plans and components being shipped.
No drilling for plumbing or electrical
Allowances for HVAC can be made within the floor system
Wider top and bottom cord allows for easy of installation and sheathing over nominal lumber.
